Information on how to recruit and find relevant apprentice training organisations and your eligibility to secure apprenticeship grants and funding
Do you want young, enthusiastic talent that you can mould and develop for your business? The answer: hire an apprentice. Employers who have not taken on an apprentice in the last year may be eligible to receive a grant.
Industry placements are happening now – to prepare for T Levels, employers are partnering with local colleges and schools to trial industry placements. Industry placements give you a chance to work alongside the next generation of workers entering your industry, making sure they develop the knowledge, attitude and practical skills to succeed.
Or perhaps a traineeship could work for your business. A traineeship is a training programme with work experience that unlocks the great potential of young people and prepares them for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready’.
Information and advice
Designed with employers, each T Level is equivalent to 3 A levels. At the heart of each course, is a 45-day industry placement which will give you early access to the brightest talent entering your industry. Find out more here.
